RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

SALE ITEMS:

Items purchased during sale or Vault events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.

What is Final Sale?

Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept items that are purchased on Final Sale for return or exchange. If an order is placed with a sale and full price item, the full price item is still eligible for a refund/exchange.

Final Sale items are marked in several places including:
On the specific product page
At checkout
On your order confirmation

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for FREE for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

1.We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
2.Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!
3. We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at  contact@superprice24.com or call us at +48 88 494 35 51. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
